REQUIREMENTS: • Associate degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology OR equivalent hands-on CNC/machining experience • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production support role, preferably in heavy industry (e.g., metal fabrication, forging, machining, casting) • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment and manufacturing methods • Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics • Hands-on experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and data acquisition tools • Knowledge of manufacturing software systems (e.g., ERP, CAD, CAM) and Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles is a plus • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
