A successful HVM Operations Technician will serve as the primary operational resource for their assigned shift, supporting production execution, training and mentoring operators, maintaining inventory and material readiness, monitoring compliance with manufacturing procedures, and partnering with Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to support safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations. The HVM Operations Technician will support process improvements, New Product Introductions (NPI), operational investigations, and documentation improvements while promoting a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
