This position primarily will function as a combination of (i) financial underwriting – building and maintaining detailed excel models to evaluate investments and financings; (ii) market and portfolio analysis – research and benchmarking to inform strategy and investment decisions; and (iii) deal execution – supporting due diligence process, internal approvals and communication, and facilitating communication with capital partners and lenders. Responsibilities: The Investments department is responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing strategic investment opportunities for the Company, including acquisitions, joint ventures, ground-up developments, redevelopments, and financings.
