The Senior Insights Analyst transforms complex information into clear, actionable insights that support digital experience, product and initiative planning, marketing effectiveness, and operational performance.The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with advanced analytical capability, a curiosity for understanding human behavior, and the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.To see the full job description, click the link.  Education / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, market research, digital experience, or a similar hybrid role.</li><li>Strong skills in data analysis using SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).</li><li>Demonstrated experience combining quantitative data with qualitative research to form strategic insights.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present insights to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work confidently with large, complex datasets while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and rigor. </li><li>Strong ability to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative research into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. </li><li>Effective communication and data‑storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complexity into concise narratives and presentations for technical and non‑technical audiences. </li><li>Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders to support business, digital, and experience‑driven initiatives. </li><li>Demonstrated curiosity and initiative, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, explore insights independently, and drive value through analysis.</li><li>Adaptable to learning and using emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with customer feedback platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia, Verint).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related data‑rich industry.</li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of segmentation methodologies and basic statistical techniques.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Experience supporting roadmap development or product management functions.</li></ul>Work Location:The work location for this role is San Luis Obispo, CA and the candidate must be located in California.
