You will: Work on live deals alongside a talented, dedicated staff of seasoned capital-raising professionals who will provide broad exposure to the many different considerations affecting private placement transactions; Work across various industries/sectors and business models; Assist with evaluating and structuring customized financing alternatives for a range of clients, including modeling, preparing marketing materials, and preparing structuring analysis, among other activities; Gain exposure to a variety of investors, including venture capital funds, growth equity funds, private equity funds, hybrid capital funds, co-investment funds, insurance companies, hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices, as well as growth / venture debt providers; Gain hands-on transaction experience by playing a role on deal teams, with activities and workstreams ranging from initial pitches through closings; and. The Equity Private Placements team executes on a variety of private financing transactions, such as growth equity, structured equity, Private Investments in Public Equities (PIPEs), co-invest equity, and other minority equity placements for a variety of situations across industries.
