An understanding of subscription/membership models, with experience in direct marketing, is desirable; Demonstrable experience with multi-channel campaign management, planning, and execution; Ability to maintain efficient and effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, both internally and externally; Excellent written and verbal communication, along with very strong interpersonal skills; A focus on data-driven approaches, but also a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair; A strong analytical approach to your work with a drive to consistently and accurately report against KPIs and goals; Strong sense of responsibility for initiatives and a positive 'can-do' attitude at all times; Experience embracing and driving change in a pacy environment; An understanding of various marketing tools and programs, such as CVENT, WordPress, Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and Google Drive.
