Translate sales needs into clear marketing deliverables with defined timelines and priorities Own product content and descriptors used across packaging, sales materials, and online listings Partner with external agencies to develop and refresh product photography, lifestyle imagery, and visual assets Manage multiple concurrent projects across internal teams and external partners Maintain organized asset libraries, workflows, and version control Coordinate trademark and patent usage with Legal and Product to ensure compliance Manage and direct outside creative agencies, designers, photographers, and website contractors. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand management, or sales enablement Experience supporting sales organizations in consumer products, building products, or physical-goods environments Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing creative agencies and external partners High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working cross-functionally in a lean, execution-focused organization.
