Core Responsibilities: • Own and evolve our brand voice and identity across all touchpoints • Collaborate with leadership to align brand and marketing efforts with business goals • Create and manage digital and print content (brochures, blog posts, newsletters, proposals, case studies, social media, and web pages) • Oversee all aspects of social media marketing including strategy, content creation, scheduling, and community engagement • Post regularly to social media and engage with our audience • Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on metrics and engagement • Design branded assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite • Take or coordinate photos/videos for internal use, events, and promotions • Maintain and update website content using WordPress • Support the team with one-off marketing projects and events. What We're Looking For: 5+ Years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or brand strategy roles Demonstrated excellence in brand management and brand building Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Strong writing skills across formats - marketing copy, proposals, and long-form content Experience in creating high-quality sales and marketing collateral Coordinate with vendors on co-marketing opportunities Must provide portfolio of original work that showcases branding, social, visual, and written content Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset Photography and videography skills for creating authentic content across platforms are a plus.
