Drive ongoing definition, integration, and enhancement of company products and assess the performance of existing products to ensure market expectations are met. Partner with cross functional teams and other stakeholders such as Product and Regulatory Compliance, Actuarial, Finance and Regional Market business partners. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects, CMS experience and/or experience with annual Medicare Advantage bid process is preferred. Medicare and FIDE-SNP &/or D-SNP experience OR consulting/advisory background strongly preferred.</p>Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year<p>Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
