The position provides leadership and oversight for Financial Systems and Financial Data analysts, establishes structured intake and prioritization processes, manages operational execution across multiple work streams, and supports the department''s transition from a generalist operating model toward dedicated Systems, Data, and Reporting capabilities. UFG is currently hiring a Manager, Financial Systems & Data who will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, prioritization, and execution of Finance systems and data operations supporting Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury, FP&A, Reinsurance, and related Finance functions.
