You will accomplish this through partnering with marketing and commercial leadership to: Lead the global Marketing COE Leadership Team in close collaboration with senior marketing and commercial leaders from each business with multi sub-marketing disciplinary experience (strategic, digital, brand, marcom, channel marketing, etc) -facilitating strategic discussions, co-creating and prioritizing initiatives in annual scorecard and our transformation roadmap, driving timely, data-informed decisions, and ensuring shared accountability for execution and results. Work actively with the SLT champion and designated COE business leader to co-lead the primary decision-making body, and implementation channel, for marketing excellence: Develop a multi-year roadmap and priorities for 2026, and gain enterprise alignment on priorities through the COE LT.
