You'll be responsible for leading initiatives across departments, managing roadmaps, and ensuring our solutions remain aligned with evolving customer needs and market trends. This is a high-impact role ideal for a strategic thinker with experience in ERP, CRM, or fundraising software platforms. Responsibilities: <ul><li> Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the platform, aligning with business goals and market demands.</li><li> Own and evolve the product strategy, making informed decisions using customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights.</li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success—to deliver seamless product releases and feature rollouts.</li><li> Evaluate and prioritize feature development using data-driven approaches that balance user needs, business impact, and technical complexity.</li><li> Monitor key industry trends and compliance standards, particularly around data privacy and information security, ensuring the platform remains safe and reliable.</li><li> Engage with users to gather input and feedback, turning insights into practical improvements that enhance the user experience.</li><li> Work closely with go-to-market teams on positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies to drive adoption and satisfaction.</li><li> Partner with finance and sales teams to inform pricing strategies that reflect value and promote market expansion.</li><li> Lead and mentor members of the product team, fostering growth, ownership, and alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li> Track and report on key metrics (KPIs and OKRs) to measure success and inform ongoing product iterations.</li><li> Represent the product and company at industry events, in client conversations, and among peer networks to build credibility and influence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li> 5+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment, including at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.</li><li> Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.</li><li> In-depth knowledge of ERP, CRM, or fundraising solutions, particularly in mission-oriented sectors.</li><li> Strong technical fluency and comfort working alongside engineering teams to understand and resolve complex issues.</li><li> Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.</li><li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.</li></ul> Key Competencies: <ul><li> Strategic Thinking & Adaptability: Delivers quality outcomes while navigating change with agility.</li><li> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Builds productive relationships across teams to support shared goals.</li><li> Customer-Focused Mindset: Understands and anticipates client needs to deliver value-driven solutions.</li><li> Business Acumen: Applies knowledge of organizational priorities to drive results.</li><li> Continuous Learning: Proactively develops new skills and insights to improve performance.</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
