Perform maintenance tasks including plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC equipment, lamps, outlets, cosmetic items, and assisting with TV programming and high‑speed internet issues. In this role, you will help ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our guests and team members by responding to maintenance needs, performing preventative and corrective repairs, and supporting the overall operation of the property.
