Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role; or degree in marketing; or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Experience real estate marketing highly desired; High level of experience with Canva design software; Strong proofreading and editing skills; High proficiency in social media management (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest); Accomplished, demonstrable written and oral communication skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook; Possess information and experience working with marketing related consultants; Must acknowledge that the position is one of trust and confidence with fiduciary obligations to the company that include, without limitation, (a) a duty of undivided loyalty; (b) an obligation to act in good faith in exercising your job duties; and (c) the obligation not to enjoy personal gain at the expense of the Company. The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Sunriver marketing team, vendors, and Sunriver Realty in a wide range of marketing tasks.
