KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Catering growth strategy: Increase catering sales by identifying and connecting with local potential customers including businesses, schools, sports teams, medical centers, etc. You will be the bridge between our restaurants and the local Kansas City community, leveraging digital tools and local partnerships to increase foot traffic and catering sales.
