Candidates must have 5+ years prior food & drink focused book publishing or publicity experience, strong established relationships with key media, proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, and poise and confidence in communicating with authors, agents, media, and in-house colleagues.
This is a NYC based role working 3 days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) and 2 days from home.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, present and implement integrated publicity campaigns for designated lists and titles/products for 6-10 books per season, primarily focused on food & drink titles, as well as other adjacent lifestyle, design, and pop culture titles as needed.
