This position focuses on facilitating admissions, psychoeducation groups, treatment planning, discharge planning, care coordination, communication with the patient's support system, community providers, and others involved in the care of patients. Maintains current competency in effective de-escalation of patients using Collaborative Problem Solving, therapeutic self, relationship-based care, and trauma informed care as applicable to role.
