2+ years of work experience post-full licensure including work experience in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care, and performing evaluations in direct engagement with children and their families, with experience in a clinical or immigration setting strongly preferred. Hold a full, current, and unrestricted license in one of the following or equivalent within the state(s) that they will be deployed within: Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Doctor level prepared psychologists (LP).
