This position is for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project which includes our Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial Manufacturing, and EV Battery Renewable Energy market segment groups MSG.Position Description:Comprehensive oversight of energy management activities, e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Thermal on construction project.Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:• Oversee review and approve complex energy management, e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Thermal work permits, e.g. change of energy requests, and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure comprehensive review.
• Serve as driver of decision making that impact implementation of energization on project.
• Lead and/or participate in root cause analysis for incidents, engage with subcontractors and Turner leadership on decision making for dispute resolution.
• Oversee subcontractor development and verify step-by-step job site processes and approvals on work permits prior to commencing work.
• Establish program to educate and validate each project teams understanding and use of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) program.
• Oversee and ensure establishment of and proper adherence to LOTO activities on every project.
• Verify controlled access processes for energized rooms and systems for project.
• Verify qualifications and competence of staff designated to manage energy high-risk activities, e.g. Live-Dead-Live (LDL) Infrared Scanning.
• Develop and conduct electrical safety training orientation for equipment technicians on project and perform regular assessments of application and implementation on project.
• Verify establishment and tracking of accurate and up-to-date complex single line diagrams on project.

The Assistant Fire Marshal ensures compliance with the County’s currently adopted fire and safety codes. This position inspects new and existing structures, completes fire investigations, reviews construction plans, ensures safety compliance at fire sites, conducts public education programs, consults with the public, and executes necessary reporting. Reports to the Fire Marshal. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The following duties are normal for this position.
