You’ll provide scheduling support across multiple projects and Project Managers, which may include Planning, Design, and Construction projects within a Master Program Schedule Plan; master schedule interfaces involving electrical airfield systems, mechanical systems, airfield operations, and other aviation disciplines; and development and analysis of man-hour, equipment, cost-loaded, and time-phased schedules. You’ll prepare detailed plans, time-scaled charts, diagrams, progress reporting documents, briefing materials, simplified logic schedules, and other reporting tools; review schedules with third-party schedulers; support issue management, meeting facilitation, document control, and monthly status reporting; and collaborate with stakeholders on planning and design schedules.
