Knowledge and understanding of Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Defense (CND), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), and Information Assurance principles, policies, and practices; Academic background or technical experience providing an understanding of information systems practices and procedures, particularly the relationship between technology (Internet, computer network communication protocols and hardware, computer architecture, to include hardware and operating systems, computer work processes, operational practices, and information system protections) and information consumption, in order to understand and analyze potential vulnerabilities and attack vectors into foreign threat systems. Skill, judgment, resourcefulness, and originality in applying technical and analytical principles as well as evaluative techniques to identify, investigate, and resolve complex issues or problems; skills acquired through academic training and/or field or job experience to evaluate foreign threat system software for processing weaknesses and associated access vectors required to access the weakness, and to produce technical intelligence assessments on the results of that analysis.
