Leads negotiation of engineering, infrastructure, public improvement, and technical provisions of development agreements and related documents, coordinating with Planning, Legal, Finance, Public Works and Engineering, and other appropriate staff on matters outside the position's technical authority. Leads and coordinates the engineering review process, including internal and external reviews, review cycles and deadlines, technical comments, outstanding requirements, and resolution of conflicting or competing comments among departments, consultants, and outside agencies.
