You'll coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews, manage project schedules and budgets, inspect work, and serve as the primary contact for property managers, facilities managers, and general contractors. Quarterly bonus performance is based on project profitability, total project value, timely closeouts, quality of work, client satisfaction, schedule management, safety, leadership, and communication.
