The Manager-Rehab Services manages Outpatient Rehab Services including PT, OT, and Speech Therapy services: responsible for budgeting, billing and reimbursement processes and planning for growth and development of new and existing Rehab Services, supervision and development of staff, development and maintenance of policies and procedures, management of material resources for rehab, overseeing billing/office functions for rehab, overseeing IT functions related to Rehab service line and assisting Director with other duties as needed/requested and provides patient care consisting of evaluation and treatment of patients, documentation and supervision of care. While performing the job, the employee is also occasionally required to bend/stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push/pull, balance, reach above shoulder level, reach below waist level, crawl and lift unwieldy items.
