Reporting to the Sr Supply Chain Analytics Manager, this role works independently with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Control, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Master Data, IT/Data Analytics, Manufacturing Operations, and Supply Chain leadership to identify inventory risks, validate root causes, align decisions, and drive actions to closure. The Supply and Demand Planning Manager is responsible for leading demand shaping, Excess & Obsolescence governance, inventory disposition, financial follow-up, blocked/restricted inventory reduction, and discontinuation inventory analysis across Kitchen and Bath Americas.
