The Payroll Supervisor partners closely with Human Resources, Benefits, Workforce Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, HRIS, banking partners, and third-party vendors to meet payroll deadlines, respond to audits and inquiries, reduce risk, and continuously improve service delivery. Purpose of the position: The Payroll Supervisor leads the accurate, timely, compliant, and team member-focused delivery of payroll for more than 10,000 team members across multiple legal entities, states, pay groups, and union and non-union populations.
