The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Workday specific data conversion experience as a lead, holds active Workday Data Conversion and/or Data Loading certifications, and has a strong track record of delivering data migrations with, financial data conversion experience as a strong differentiator. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution, client partnership, team leadership, requiring someone who can strategize and lead data conversion workstreams across the breadth of Workday product implementations, such as HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
