Under the supervision of the Principal, plan, organize, and implement appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their potential. Plan, develop, write, and implement lesson plans in keeping with school district and state education requirements, keeping records of student achievement and tracking their abilities.
