In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Follow established procedures to calibrate, test, and prepare instruments for shipping • Provide the first line of troubleshooting for diagnosing problems • Contribute to group problem solving and process improvement activities The essential requirements of the job include: • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing position • Associates degree in a technical field or comparable long-standing work experience • Effective and analytical problem-solving skills, including basic understanding of statistical methods, techniques, formulas, and tests It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • BS degree in a Life Science, Chemistry, or Engineering technology discipline • Prior work experience with calibration, automation, centrifuges, plate readers, etc. The Manufacturing Calibration Test Technician is responsible for calibrating, testing, and shipping Beckman Echo systems.
