POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Academic Operations is an embedded academic systems and workflow specialist within the PA Department, responsible for designing, integrating, documenting, training, and sustaining academic operations systems that directly support curriculum delivery, assessment, program evaluation, and accreditation alignment.
