Create Wireframes / Mockups for the user stories, develop and maintain user stories leveraging ServiceNow and communicate requirements so that development teams can work effectively, and ensure areas of complexity are understood and investigated appropriately to review opportunities, blockers, problems, and issues that arise; Analyze and verify requirements against existing and planned product capabilities. Serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners ensuring cohesive approach, comprehensive solutions, and excellence in delivery; Work with stakeholders, focus groups and end users to analyze, evaluate, and develop business use cases and business process models to aid translation of business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
