Conduct structured current-state assessments of distribution center operations across all functional domains-inbound (receiving, cross-dock, putaway), outbound (wave planning, pick/pack/ship, loading), inventory management (replenishment, cycle counting, location management), labor management, returns processing, and yard management-identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and WMS configuration opportunities. Design and execute end-to-end WMS testing strategies-unit testing, systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)-including test script development, defect logging and triage, regression testing, and go-live readiness certification in partnership with the client, SI, and automation vendors.
