This role provides advanced support to attorneys on complex commercial and residential real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and multi?property transactions. Review and interpret title commitments, surveys, title policies, legal descriptions, and endorsements; coordinate directly with title officers to clear complex title issues.
