Responsibilities and Duties of the Role Games P&L planning, forecasting, and long-range planning, including title-level revenue, OI, cash flow, royalties/participations, external PD/marketing, labor, overhead, and variance analysis Management reporting and executive-ready analysis, including monthly/quarterly reporting, KPI tracking, deck support, and concise financial commentary for leadership Consolidation support across DE Games Finance, DE Segment FP&A, accounting, regional finance, and business partners, including forecast submissions and planning tool / Cognos-TM1 support Ad hoc projects, deal and slate analysis, scenario modeling, reporting automation, and FP&A process improvement Required Education, Experience / Skills / Training 3 years of finance, accounting, strategic planning, or FP&A experience; media, entertainment, games, licensing, technology, or consumer products experience preferred. The DE Games Finance team supports Disney Games and Digital Entertainment, partnering with business leaders across Disney Games Group, Marvel Games, Lucasfilm Games, 20th Century Games, Disney/Pixar Games, strategy, business development, product, creative, technology, accounting, and DE Segment FP&A.
