Individual must pass required maintenance testing and demonstrate hands on ability and or knowledge in the following areas: hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, power transmissions, lubrication, pumps, pipe rigging, mechanical maintenance, operation of shop machines, use of work-related tools, combustion, motors, schematics and print reading, basic AC and DC theory. Tools: Various hand tools including wrenches, pliers, hammers, screw drivers, file, various power tools, saws, welding equipment, meters and measuring devices, battery charger/changer, welder (tig, stick), plasma cutter, personal computer and other technology developed that may be required to meet operational needs.
