Associate's degree Associate's degree directly related to the position (e.g., Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation Technology, Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, Welding/Metal Fabrication, or other applicable technical degree) PLUS two years industrial maintenance experience in the appropriate disciplines (e.g., Instrumentation, Electronics, Industrial Electrical, Refrigeration, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing/Pipe Fitting, Welding, Production Machine Maintenance, High Pressure Boilers, Pure Water Systems, Utility Systems, Repair and Overhaul, etc.); OR HS diploma or equivalent with six years of industrial maintenance experience in appropriate disciplines (e.g., Instrumentation, Electronics, Industrial Electrical, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing/Pipe Fitting, Welding, Production Machine Maintenance, High Pressure Boilers, Pure Water Systems, Utility Systems, Repair and Overhaul, etc.). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, dust, fumes, airborne particles, chemical dust, and risk of electric shock, vibration, non-hazardous chemical agents and outside weather conditions.
