This role is for someone who is comfortable working directly on machinery, diagnosing problems, making repairs, and preventing equipment failures before they cause unnecessary production downtime. Experience with electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, automated equipment, CNC machinery, or CMMS systems is helpful but not required.
