Two years of verifiable employment experience performing semi-skilled facilities maintenance, mechanical maintenance support, HVAC support, plumbing support, construction labor, or closely related work; technical school trades certification may substitute for one year of work experience preferred. Basic familiarity with building mechanical equipment and preventive maintenance tasks, including air handling units, fan coil units, exhaust fans, pumps, filters, belts, strainers, valves, condensate drains, and mechanical room housekeeping.
