This hands-on role will improve manufacturing processes, support equipment and tooling design, lead engineering projects, and help scale new products and production capabilities across aerospace, automotive, marine, defense, industrial, and energy applications. Composite materials, aerospace, advanced manufacturing or chemical-process industries; Lean/Six Sigma; automation, data acquisition or process controls; ERP/manufacturing systems; PE certification or progress toward licensure.
