The Memory Support Program Manager serves as a champion of HumanGoods Immerse philosophy (person-centered dementia care), working closely with residents, families, nursing, rehabilitation, social services, life enrichment, and other interdisciplinary team members to create a meaningful, engaging, and supportive environment for those living with memory loss. We welcome candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Social Workers, and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRS) who bring experience supporting individuals living with dementia and leading teams in healthcare settings.
