Complete scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance work orders; accurately document findings, repairs, labor, parts used, follow-up needs, and equipment history in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). This role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems; responds to equipment breakdowns; and partners with Operations to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
