Business requirements have already been captured, and the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with County stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology teams, and vendors to validate and refine requirements, evaluate solutions, support vendor activities, and assist with the successful implementation of the new system. Minimum Qualifications/Skill Sets Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field and five years' experience in systems analysis, change management analysis, project management, program analysis, or a closely related field.
