The position will work closely with the Engineering team, End User Computing, and managed service partners to configure and manage processes around deployment, decommissioning, patching and updates, software packaging, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, monitoring, alerting, incident resolution, and cost management. Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts at all levels including Executive Leadership, IT leadership, Line Manager, and Individual contributor.
