Support product related events when necessary -including photoshoots, boat shows, product launches, and media activities-and collaborate with video production, marketing, and technical training teams to identify, develop, and distribute product support assets. Create and refine product messaging, translating technical terms to Voice of the Customer (VOC), including features, benefits, competitive positioning, and product stories, in partnership with Product Managers and Marketing for use in print, video, digital, and dealer facing materials.
