This role will work closely with business units, operations, technology, risk, finance, compliance, and external partners to define business requirements, document current- and future-state processes, identify gaps, support testing and implementation activities, and help ensure the organization is operationally ready for change. Testing and Validation: Develop and coordinate business test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria; support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and validation of end-to-end workflows and controls.
