The position provides hands-on technical production support in lighting, audio, video, rigging, and stage operations; supervises and trains student production staff; and serves as a technical lead for rehearsals, performances, and special events. Working as part of the PVA Production Team, the Assistant Technical Director collaborates with faculty, staff, students, guest artists, and external clients to translate production requirements into safe and practical technical solutions.
