Financial Analysis, Reporting & Management - 45%: Perform complex financial and operational analyses using data from Workday, BI Portal, Tableau, and other UW systems to support departmental leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making. The Program Operations Analyst supports a complex academic, research, and clinical enterprise operating across multiple sites and works collaboratively with departmental leadership, faculty, principal investigators, staff, and institutional partners.
