MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5+ years of brand management or CPG marketing experience, preferably within a manufacturing environmentExperience developing consumer and trade marketing strategies and translating insights into actionable business plansStrong cross-functional leadership and project management experienceExperience supporting multiple sales channels such as Retail, Foodservice, Grocery, Club, Convenience, or related markets preferred.
