The Community Wellness Specialist tracks key metrics and collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure mobile clinics-such as immunization events, mammogram screenings, and well child visits-meet regulatory requirements and contribute to quality goals. Interpersonal and communication skills, including but not limited to, appropriate communication, conflict resolution, excellent teamwork, speaking confidently and clearly to large audiences, and motivational interviewing, with a commitment to equity and inclusion.
