The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in launching the company's emerging Sausage business, partnering closely with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to establish the category, support manufacturing startup activities, build the innovation pipeline, and drive commercialization efforts beginning in 2027.
